The fitness floor

Our facility houses a 4000 square foot cardio and weight room that includes treadmills, stair steppers, ellipticals and bikes; 1lb-90lb dumbbells; a full complement of cable machines; training accessories including TRX, bands, boxes, and steps; and a fitness room for stretching and cooldowns.

 

strength Training

Harts Run Fitness welcomes lifters of all levels. We have barbells as light as 15lbs, standard women’s power bars, olympic men’s bars, deadlift bars, and hex bars, with bumper plates ranging from 5lbs to 45lbs. With three racks, an olympic platform, and a welcoming atmosphere, we want to be there to cheer you on with each new PR.
