Meet Our Team

Harts Run Fitness is owned and operated by Anthony Hayt, Mason Klug, and Erik Klug.
We’ve worked hard to bring together a diverse, talented, and energetic family of instructors, trainers, and therapists to help you with your fitness journey. Here, we introduce ourselves in our own words.

Tabitha Brown, PsyD

Group class instructor

I started teaching group fitness classes in 2013 with my first certification in willPower and grace. I have since become certified as a group fitness instructor through AFAA. I have also studied Beachbody’s PiYo, Mat Science, and Yoga Shred to be better able to build classes that incorporate cardio and elements of yoga. With yoga fusion classes, there are elements of cardio, that allow you to strengthen and lengthen, all while working on balance and focus. Come to my classes to build a strong body and a calm mind.

Anthony Hayt, PhD

Owner, Trainer

I am a life-long athlete who has a passion for helping people learn functional movements to improve their lives and become stronger. From posture and shoulder issues to basic barbell movements and focused strength training, I come to fitness training through a lifetime of being an athlete dealing with chronic injuries and pain. As a former teacher, I approach my work with a focus on learning the fundamentals and improving on them as you progress in your fitness goals.

Mason Klug

Owner, Trainer

I currently focus on power lifting, but have a long history of athletics including competitive rowing and distance running. I started body building when I was 18, but transitioned into power lifting by the time I was 20 because I was increasingly interested in exploring the limits of my physical performance rather than focusing solely on physique. Through all of these phases of my athletic career I have come to appreciate the value of proper caloric intake, and have translated that into a love of cooking that underscores the fact healthy food does not have to be tasteless, boring, or difficult.

I am happy to work with clients of all ages and abilities who want to increase strength, learn proper movement patterns, and hone their programming routines. Student athletes who are in need of an off-season programming boost will benefit from barbell training and conditioning routines under my guidance.

Michele Miklos

yoga instructor

After spending my youth & young adulthood training as a dancer, I discovered yoga as a college student. I loved that the practice carried forward the grace, physical mobility & expressiveness that she valued from dance, but in a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere which was backed by philosophical roots and tradition that allow for lifelong self-exploration. I completed my yoga teacher training in 2014, and since then have explored instructing in a variety of yoga teaching styles. While most often found leading creative vinyasa flows that will present challenges both physical & mental, I am equally as comfortable introducing newcomers to the Ashtanga yoga sequence, instructing chair & adaptive yoga classes for those with limited mobility, giving beginners a walk-through of the basics, or even leading students into deeply relaxing yoga nidra, yin & restorative experiences. I aim to meet students where they are, adapting each class to those present and providing clear and specific cues & adjustments. I am constantly inspired by the versatility of the practice of yoga and truly believe that “if you can breathe, you can do yoga.”
